SHIPPING TIMES AND TERMS

5.1 AG Treasure is dedicated to quality and complete customer satisfaction. We are pleased to provide shipping services. We will do everything necessary to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind any holidays that may affect delivery times.

5.2 Orders received Monday through Friday are normally completed within 48 hours, provided the things you purchased are in stock. Saturday, Sunday, and holiday orders will be processed the following business day. When an order is processed, the shipping method you select determines when you will receive it. Shipping timeframes are estimates and should be computed from the moment you receive shipment notification rather than when you place your order.

5.3 We process and ship all orders for our items within 24-48 hours. On weekends or holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. If we get a large number of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional travel days for delivery. We will notify you through email if there will be a major delay in the dispatch of your item.

5.4 We take care in ensuring that your orders arrive in good shape and are properly wrapped. We will not be held liable for any damaged or lost packages as a result of the courier’s negligence.

5.5 You must supply complete and correct shipping information and an address. We will not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from client faults.

RETURN PROCESSING

If you are displeased with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days after receipt for any reason.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received a damaged or defective item, or there was another fault on our part.

14 POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation notice period is one hour from the moment you requested and paid for the services. After an hour, you may cancel your order through email (info@agtreasure.com), although this is not guaranteed. We will contact you after we have received notification that you desire to cancel your order within the time frame specified.

We do not accept cancellations once your things have been processed, transported, and/or are in the control of the courier. We do not accept cancellations for pre-ordered, limited edition, or on-sale items. During a sale, we do not accept cancellations.
